Conditions
The following
terms and conditions apply when renting Ta Dratta Farmhouse.
Booking and
payment terms
-
All quoted prices and all payments due are in
EURO() if not specified otherwise and in agreement beforehand.

In order to validate a booking a security deposit
(approximately 180 250 depending on length of stay) must be
paid within 5 days from the date of confirmation, or 2 days if the
rental period starts within 8 days or less. Details on where to
send the deposit will be supplied at the time of confirmation of
the booking.

The security deposit covers against damages and
cancellations and is not part of the rental cost of hiring the
property.

In case of cancellations this deposit is non
refundable for any reason whatsoever.

The security deposit will be refunded within 48
hours of departure or once the property and inventories are
checked and no damages or missing items are reported. Please take
care that you leave everything in the condition you find it to
avoid extra charges and hassle.

The rental cost of the property (as quoted) is to
be paid in full on arrival.

The management assumes no responsibility for any
injuries or loss or damage of personal belongings or other
valuables left in the property during the period of your stay.

We strongly recommend that clients provide for
themselves all necessary insurances against personal injury,
damage, theft, cancellation, delay, etc.
Arrival &
Departure
-
Unless otherwise stated, check in is from 3pm
onwards.
-
The property must be vacated by 12pm midday in
order for us to prepare and clean for the next incoming guests.
General
Property rules
-
No visitors are allowed on the premises without our
express permission. Any breach of this condition will be subject
to either a retrospective payment or a request to vacate the
premises without notice. Retrospective payments will be charged at
the full rate plus 10%.

Absolutely no pets are allowed unless by written
agreement from the owners.

We are not responsible for any noise or disturbance
going on in the immediate vicinity such as traffic or construction
works. We do not have control on areas outside the boundaries of
our property.

Water, electricity and gas consumption are included
in the price.

Maid service is provided once a week for rentals of
more than 7 nights. If however, extra maid cleaning services are
requested, this is charged at 12 per hour.

No refund of money paid can be made for breach of
booking terms and/or property rules.

No sub-letting or lending of the property is
permissible under any circumstances.
-
A registration form is required to be compiled by
all occupants during the rental period on arrival as per
government regulations.

We want to offer you an enjoyable and stress free
holiday. It is important that you contact us immediately so that
we can take the necessary steps to resolve any problems/issues or
special requirements you may have. We hope you have a pleasant

General
Property Descriptions
Although we try
to maintain an accurate description of our property on this website
we cannot take responsibility for inaccuracies as property
specifications may change from time to time. If there is anything
you want us to specifically verify then please state this clearly
during your communication with us prior to or during the booking
process.
Property
pricing and descriptions
Phone access:
The property has a telephone that can receive incoming calls at no
cost, but outgoing calls are usually charged as a pay-phone or by
buying a phone card (Easyline).
Laundry
Cleaning:
An automatic washing machine is at the disposal of clients who want
to wash any laundry during their stay. This at a nominal cost of
10. Please inform beforehand if you intend to make use of this
service during your booking.
Internet:
Broadband Access available on demand at an extra charge of 4 daily
(applicable for the duration of the whole stay). |
